In my case I lost all internet content a few weeks ago for no apparent reason, and even with a stable internet connection that passed all of the Bravis troubleshooting tests, I couldn't refresh content. In the end I had to resort to a factory reset, losing all of my settings. To me, there seems to be a bug in the internet content platform that's causing these issues. But I stand to be corrected

My home network was working perfectly, yet I couldn't refresh the Internet content on the set. Eventually I went for a factory reset and this restored all of the Internet content. It's a fairly drastic step to take as you lose all of your settings, so worth making a note of your picture settings, sound settings etc. before proceeding. It seems to be a fairly common problem judging by comments on here. This also caused an audion dropout during switching which Sony fixed with a firmware update. The picture switching issue can be solved by ensuring that your panel settings are exactly the same for both interlaced pictures and progressive pictures.
