if your device is routed then there are a few apps that will do this but I persume yours is not so no there arnt any at the moment

have you tryed pressing the reset button on the tablet and if this dosent work try the reset button on the router

there is no problem sony just havent rolled out the update in our countrys yet it is still making its way accross the Atlantic to europe.
