No sound through speakers

Hi there,

 

I have got a Sony DAV S400 surround sound system, but have one problem. the sound is not coming out through the speakers and after checking it appears that it only comes out through the headphones. The display shows Headphones (2 ch) when switched on. Any ideas?

    HI there,

     

    it seems that your system is locked on teh heaphone output (once you plug in you heaphone, the system shut off all speakers sound, and when you unplug it, it i ssupposed to unlock the speakers sound)

    Go in the set up menu and try for a resetting =)

    Thanks for your advice, tried to reset through hte menus, but had no joy.

    Seems like your system is stuck on headphone output...I'm affraid you will have to see that with a technicien...
