Does plugging in the AC power adapter damage the battery life if I don't remove the battery before I plug in the adapter?

    I also wana ask that if battery is full then is it better to use the laptop plugged into AC power, or with just the battery? http://imagicon.info/cat/12-13/icon_ponder.gif
