Hi. KDL-40EX520 Bravia EX. TV Firmware PKG3.704GAA-0104. Serial number 2064554

I can not update Firmware to version PKG4.005EUA. Is it right firmware. If it is not pleas help me.

welcome to Questions & Answers..

Yes the firmware you mention is the latest version, did you unzip the file before copying the update to your USB memory stick.?
Open Windows Explorer, locate the downloaded sony_tvupdate_2011_4005_eua_auth.zip, and unzip it. A folder called sony_dtv0FA10A01A0A1_00000100 will now be created in your local drive.
Copy the folder to your USB device.
