As described, The reader software can't display books copied to my library from reader (PRS-T1). Only one book appears in the library, however, all books have been copied in my books folder.
The version of reader for pc is 1.1.05.13310.

I have the exact same problem. Due to other problems with Sony's horribly bad software I tried to reinstall it, but having done that I can't transfer the books my T1 to the library. When I mark all or several of the books and click "transfer to library", it starts copying them all, but when it's finished only one of them appears in the library. It doesn't matter whether they're DRM-protected or not, epubs or pdf:s, etc. If I try to transfer them one by one, only the last one transferred appear in the library.
The reason one wants to transfer them at all to the Sony Reader Library, and not just use Calibre, is of course that Calibre doesn't support syncing and exporting of annotations and highlights.
I must say Im puzzled by the queries here. You reinstalled the Sony reader software and by doing so it has removed all the books that were stored on the PC. Surely not
Having said that could you not just re download them via your PC, instead of trying to copy them from the reader.
Also have you not got a backup of all your books
The books are still stored on the PC, but that's not the point. The point is that we now can't copy books that are only stored on the T1 (because originally downloaded by wifi onto the T1, or originally transferred to the T1 with Calibre, etc) into the Reader Library.
And of course I have a backup of the BOOKS, but copying them from the T1 to the Reader Library on the computer (in my case a mac) is the only way to backup the annotations and highlights IN the books. And now I can't do that.
I'm by now totaly baffled by this query - you want to transfer books you've read and annotated out of your T1 into Sony Library on your PC ? Complete with your notes etc... ?
And, it's a Mac. That puts me out, as I know nothing about Macs - but I wasn't aware that you could transfer books out anyway, let alone "edited" versions.
Is it in the spec's ?
Can any other reader do this ?
I can see a tablet/pad could - but that's another computer, not a dedicated reader.
Have you contacted Sony about this ? If it says it can be done in the manual, then it's something amiss with your software d/load
Far as I can see, you need the tech dep't - but then I'm Mr. TechDunce ............
Stop press - you don't say you have, but have you seen the following post, about three down from yours ? It might be of interest.................
Re: losing notes made on PRS T1 when syncing by matmouge9
Always worth looking at other people's problems............

Well, I don't know what's baffling about being able to copy books in one direction as opposed to the other. The only baffling thing is Sony making it complicated and now not working. But it's definitely meant to work, and it used to work before the reinstall.
I saw the other post. It's really a worthless piece of software this. People have made other programs in order to extract annotations and highlights from the T1, but none for mac yet, alas.
For what it's worth, I have what looks to be the same problem and have just posted an almost identical query:

... should have searched the forum first (oops !).
Is it me, or is there something a bit coincidental about several people discovering at about the same time that something that used to work no longer does ? Does that suggest a faulty update of R4PC ?
