where can i get a driver to import video from my dcr-trv480E to my windows 7 pc

    Hi dafoste26, welcome to the Sony Forums

     

    I'm pretty sure those older cameras aren't supported for USB transfer under Windows 7. You need to use a firewire cable from the iLink / DV-out port on the camera to a suitable port on your PC.

     

    If you don't have a PC with a firewire port you can buy add-on cards quite cheaply.

    Please refer to the compatibilty page. Picture Package (the software that was bundled with the TRV480) is not compatible with Win 7, you can use Picture Motion Browser.
