Iplayer no longer works on Bravia TV

I have a Bravia, KDL-40Z5800, on which iplayer has worked perfectly well for over a year.  Since yesterday iplayer refuses to load, the screen just goes blank and stays that way. Has the BBC made any changers to iplayer recently that could acount for this?

    Don't think so, just try doing a Factory reset on the TV and see if that fixes it?

    Thanks for the suggestion. I tried it but problem still there. Thanks anyway
