How can I turn off AGC on A65?

Help... I need help with noise. I use Rode videomic pro and I hear many noises : https://dl.dropbox.com/u/70982428/00654.wav

How can I record it better? Thanks for your answers...

    In common with all alphas, the AGC on the a65 cannot be turned off. Manual gain control is possible with some Sony camcorders but as yet it hasn't been implemented for the DSLT or NEX systems.

     

    I can see (hear!) your problem but it's probably subtle enough to be easily corrected in post-production, using a noise reduction algorithm or plugin during the video editing process.

    It is not possible to turn off the automatic gain control or use a manual gain setting for the build in or an external microphone. If you need to use a manual setting for the audio input you can use certain external amplifiers and audio connection units with AGC disable feature, which are offered by 3rd party manufactures:
