I tried to acess word starter 2010 but it now says that there is a problem with the licence. I followed the troubleshooting suggestions ,but nothing works. I did not purchase this it was already installed on my laptop. Any suggestions??
You haven't detailed what troubleshooting you have tried, but assuming that the programme is available for reinstall under Vaio Recovery Centre > reinstall Programs or Drivers, then try uninstalling via Control Panel and then reinstall from Vaio Recovery Centre.
