Hi,

I have recently upgraded my laptop to windows 7 and since then every time I plug my PRS-600 into the reader library it connects fine but as soon as I click on it I get the error message from windows saying "reader library has stopped working" then the program closes itself.

I have installed the drivers and reader library on another laptop also windows 7 and have exactly the same error message come up. This is very frustrating since it means I cannot add new books to my reader or backup my existing data.

My e-reader is now practically useless since I have read all the books on it and its starting to collect dust on a shelf after less than a years use.

Please help.
