I'm trying to install my Sony Handycam software and keep getting the following error message:
please quit all programs related to sony picture utility and start the setup again
any ideas
I thought Sony software might be compatible!!!

Have you tried exiting all programms that are running in your system tray (next to clock on the right of your start bar)..
