Change in the Software Support Service by PIXELA

Thank you for your patronage of Sony products. We would like to announce the change with regards to user support service for software supplied with some Sony products that have been outsourced to PIXELA CORPORATION.

Until now, user support service of software listed below, supplied with some Sony "Cyber-shot" cameras and "Handycam®" camcorders, has been offered through the support website and the call center managed by PIXELA CORPORATION.

We will terminate this service outsourced to PIXELA CORPORATION on the date shown below. From then on, the user support service will be offered only through the support website managed by Sony. We would highly appreciate your kind understanding for this change.

Also, we will provide PMB (Picture Motion Browser), image management software for Sony cameras, as alternative software for users of Picture Package and ImageMixer™ for HDD Camcorder. We recommend using this latest software, which will be available from the software support website shown below.
