(1) The SONY PICTURES CORE access program (the “Program”) is available in Europe⁰ on Sony’s smart TVs which are part of the Program (“Eligible TVs”).¹  

(2) The purchase price of an Eligible TV includes a temporary access to SONY PICTURES CORE upon registration of an account on the SONY PICTURES CORE app, subject to the terms and conditions below. This Program entitles you to claim movie credits that allow you to watch: (a) movies from a selection of at least 300 movies (“Normal Movie(s)”) or (b) certain movies that may be available in premium exhibition windows (“Premium Movie(s)”). Movie credits available for customers are: i) 15 movie credits for XR84, XR83, A84L and A83L, ii) 10 movie credits (plus an additional 5 movie credits if customer redeems the code on the voucher in box) for XR59, iii) 10 movie credits for XR5, XR8M2, XR90, XR80, XR74, XR70, A95L, A80L, X95L, X90L, Z9K, A95K, A90K, A84K, A83K, X94K, X93K, X92K, Z9J and A90J, iv) 5 movie credits (plus an additional 5 movie credits if customer redeems the code on the voucher in box) for S38 or S39, or (v) 5 movie credits for the rest of the Eligible TVs to use against a selection of at least 300 movies. To redeem one eligible Normal Movie, you need one movie credit. To redeem one eligible Premium Movie, you need two movie credits. For the offer of 10 movie credits, the movie credits will expire 24 months from being added to your SONY PICTURES CORE account upon respective registration of the Eligible TV. For the offer of 5 credits, the movie credits will expire 12 months from being added to your SONY PICTURES CORE account upon respective registration of the Eligible TV. You may watch the movies you have redeemed via SONY PICTURES CORE until February 23, 2030, subject to SONY PICTURES CORE Terms of Service. This Program also entitles you to claim temporary access to 24 months of SONY PICTURES CORE Streaming Package for XR5, XR8M2, XR90, XR84, XR83, XR80, XR74, XR70, A84L, A83L, A95L, A80L, X95L, X90L, Z9K, A95K, A90K, A84K, A83K, X94K, X93K, X92K, Z9J and A90J or 12 months of SONY PICTURES CORE Streaming Package for the rest of the Eligible TVs. Streaming Package period will begin from the time of registration of your SONY PICTURES CORE account. At the end of the temporary Streaming Package period included with your Eligible TV, your access to the Streaming Package content will cease. Any renewal will be subject to agreement with the provider of SONY PICTURES CORE, subject to the applicable Terms and Conditions for any such renewal. 

(3) To benefit from the Program, you have to register an account for SONY PICTURES CORE on your Eligible TV by February 23, 2028. If you have not registered by this date, your access to SONY PICTURES CORE under the Program will expire at that time. Once you have registered you will receive an account confirmation email and the SONY PICTURES CORE movie credits and Streaming Package detailed above will automatically be added to your account. SONY PICTURES CORE's Terms of Use, Terms of Service and Privacy Policy govern the use of SONY PICTURES CORE. To register a SONY PICTURES CORE account, you must be 18 years of age or older, and accept SONY PICTURES CORE's Terms of Use, Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Redemption of this Program requires the version of the SONY PICTURES CORE app to be up to date on your Eligible TV. The latest version of the SONY PICTURES CORE app is available on Google Play Store. The content and supported languages in SONY PICTURES CORE may vary by territory. 

(4) It is not possible to purchase additional credits as part of this Program at this time. Available movie titles are subject to change without notice. All titles are offered in the highest available format including Standard Definition, High Definition, 4K, 4K HDR, or 4K IMAX ® Enhanced, availability varies by market and title. IMAX® Enhanced content enables the full IMAX ® Enhanced experience - IMAX® Enhanced titles are available on the IMAX® Enhanced certified TVs only. 

 

(5) You may stream on up to 4 Eligible TVs per SONY PICTURES CORE account at a time. SONY PICTURES CORE is not available, or may not be supported, in every country/region and language. Sony reserves the right to make changes to, suspend access to, and/or terminate SONY PICTURES CORE at any time. SONY PICTURES CORE features Pure Stream™ which offers streaming between 30Mbps - 80Mbps. To access Pure Stream™ at 30Mbps, you must have a minimum internet speed of 43Mbps. To access highest quality Pure Stream™ available at up to 80Mbps you must have a minimum internet speed of 115Mbps. To enjoy up to 80 Mbps with Pure Stream™ functionality, you need to connect to the Internet via Wi-Fi (wireless LAN) that supports IEEE 802.11 n/ac/ax.² SONY PICTURES CORE is not responsible for network restrictions or available bandwidth. Network service provider restrictions and terms may apply. Maximum Mbps varies by device. 

(6) Sony does not provide refunds or credits for any partial periods or unused credit and/or unwatched SONY PICTURES CORE content. Your access to SONY PICTURES CORE under the Program is non-transferable and non-refundable. Movie credits have no cash or refund value and are not for sale or resale.
