Fine distinctions for discerning photographers
Get greater sharpness and the sensor’s maximum resolution when the standard optical low-pass filter built into the RX1 is removed in the RX1R.
The RX1R gives you all the same advanced features and technology offered by the RX1, but without the anti-aliasing filter. This lets you utilise the extreme resolution and sharpness the camera is designed to deliver.
With its built-in optical low-pass (anti-aliasing) filter, the RX1 delivers consistently sharp images by minimising moiré and colour artefacts automatically.
Elevate your photography with Imaging Edge desktop applications. Use "Viewer" to quickly preview, rate, and select photos from large image libraries; and "Edit" to develop RAW data into high-quality photos for delivery. Get the best from Sony RAW files, and manage your productions more efficiently.
