Im visually impaired ( left eye) therefore I miss a lot of what is on the screen. The EVF on this little beauty has given me my love of photography back. I had been using another camera for the past year ( no EVF) sunlight was a huge disadvantage for me. I absolutely love the pop up EVF simple to use and helps me get much clearer views of my subject. I've only just begun to explore the numerous settings. I think to date, the one I use the most is the "clear zoom" getting me so much closer to my subject.

Well it's a bit early to judge, heck we had the last one for 8 or 9 years, but so far yeah, everything is great. The longer lens has been a bonus- a little unexpectedly, I didn't think we would use the extreme end too much. It's a great piece of kit, so solid and so small that it's ever present. We did add a bottom plate and grip accessory- last time we added the stick on grip which worked well too. Picture quality is very good for a sensory this size.

Ben erg tevreden met deze camera. Het is indrukwekkend hoeveel functionaliteit in zo'n kleine camera zit. Foto-kwaliteit is goed. De camera is licht en makkelijk mee te nemen. De extra aan te schaffen handgreep die op de camera bevestigd kan worden is in mijn ervaring in de praktijk wel noodzakelijk (waarom niet standaard meegeleverd?).

Als Hobby-Streetfotografin brauche ich eine kleine, unauffällige Kamera, die in jede Manteltasche passt. Diese Kamera erfüllt meine Anforderung zu 100 %. Vor gut 3 Wochen kaufte ich sie und bin mit ihrer Leistung zufrieden. Der schnelle Autofokus überzeugt, die Bildqualität ist sehr gut. Aufgrund des kleinen Gehäuses ist eine Eingewöhnungsphase notwendig. Das Menü ist leider mit viel zu vielen Funktionen vollgepackt, was besonders in der Anfangsphase verwirrend und sehr anstrengend ist. Inzwischen habe ich die für mich wichtigen Funktionen herausgefunden und entsprechend eingestellt.

Es una camara pequeña por la calidad que dá. La uso principalmente para foto, y generalmente en prioridad de diafragma, o manual. Del Raw se puede extraer mucha información, tanto de negros como quemados. El sensor da mucho juego. Es muy rapida de enfoque y rafaga. En el diseño me falta un pequeño agarre, pero al final te acostumbras. El menú es apabullante. Demasiadas opciones, pero buscas que te interesa, y lo dejas ahi. Por suerte tiene un buen mini-Menú configurable. El estabilizador hace un muy buen trabajo. La calidad optica es buena, teniendo en cuenta el alcance del zoom. Se pueden hacer buenas fotos de noche con tripode.

Come per le sorelle precedenti, la RX100-VII è un gioiello di tecnologia racchiuso in uno spazio ristretto. La maneggevolezza e la portabilità me la fanno preferire alla Nikon Reflex, la nitidezza dell'obiettivo e la possibilità di scattare in RAW facilitano l'eventuale post produzione.Certo, il sensore è piccolo e quindi ha i suoi limiti, ma tutti gli altri aspetti positivi rendono più che accettabile questo limite

Acquistata un mese fa, l'ho provata solo nel comparto fotografico in quanto non mi interesso di video. Fotocamera eccellente per tutti gli aspetti sia di funzionalità che di velocità. Ottima resa dei colori. L'unico particolare negativo è sicuramente il menù che evidentemente non è stato progettato da un fotografo ma bensì da un informatico, Veramente macchinoso.

Super scharfe Bilder, einfache Bedienung

Im Januar kaufte ich die Rx100-VII für unseren Argentinien-Urlaub. Es sollte eine kleine Kamera mit ordentlichem Zoom, Sucher und kleiner Blende (ab 2,8!) sein. Die Bedienung ist fast intuitiv, die Größe der Kamera ist perfekt auch für eine Handtasche. Eine Menge an Funktionen helfen, sehr gute Bilder zu schießen. Das Beste auf dem Markt in dieser Gewichtsklasse! Gleich viel mir das glatte Gehäuse auf. Schlecht zu halten, aber mit der Griffschale aus dem Zubehör (15€) ist es gut. Bei dem hohen Preis erwarte ich die Schale im Set dabei. Als sehr störend empfinde ich die sehr leichte Verstellung der Belichtungszeit am an sonsten sehr praktischen Objektivring. Da ich meist mit „S“ fotografiere, führte das zu vielen verwackelten Bildern im 200mm-Zoom. Ebenso lästig ist, dass es keine Funktion gibt, bei der der Fokusspot fest in der Mitte bleibt. Sobald man auf das Display kommt, verstellt sich der Fokusierbereich ohne aufzufallen. Eigentlich gut gedacht, führt es doch ebenfalls zu unscharfen Bildern, gerade bei Schnappschüssen. Die Schnelltaste für Videoaufnahmen sitzt so ungünstig, dass ich als Rechtshänder regelmäßig beim Hochnehmen der Kamera ungewollt Videos starte und dadurch Fotos nicht geschossen werden können. Das alles ist Jammern auf hohem Niveau, die Kamera macht super scharfe Bilde, auch noch in großen Entfernungen sind Details sehr scharf zu erkennen. Die Verarbeitung ist top, kein leichtes Plastikgehäuse sondern gewichtiges Metal sorgt für ein gutes Gefühl. Leider ist mir gleich aus unerfindlichen Gründen das Display gesprungen, die abgeschlossene Versicherung hat die Reparatur anstandslos beglichen. Nun habe ich einen Zusatz-Displayschutz drauf! Mit der Augenerkennung muss ich noch üben, die funktionierte bei mir noch nicht zuverlässig. Mein Fazit: handliche Kamera mit guten Funktionen und sehr gutem Objektiv. Sehr empfehlenswert. Die leichten Schwächen sind sicherlich der Größe geschuldet und man kann sich darauf einstellen.

I bought a Sony ZV-1 a few years ago but wished I had just saved a little more and bought the RX100VII. After selling the ZV-1, I waited a while as I thought Sony would release a RX100 MK8 but it looks like that isn't happening anytime soon. Just get the MK7 and know you have the best.

Was nicht spirtzwasser-geschützt im Ernstfall bedeutet, habe ich leider erfahren müssen. Für Kanaren-Urlaub 1100 EUR für diese RX100 VII am 31.12.24 investiert. Nach etwas feuchten und diesigen Verhältnissen auf Gomera Totalausfall! Leider wirtschaftlicher Totalschaden, wie mir mitgeteilt worden ist. Kamera schaut aus wie neu - und musste verschrottet werden!

lovely little pocket camera delivering good quality photos. I mainly use it for photos when on holiday. There to many compacts for just blogging!!! Some of us just want to take good quality photos so this camera is a god send for photos. I did try a quick video but it took me a while to fing the folder with the video, thats why I gave it a 4 star review, all my other cameras have put the videos in the same folder as images.

A pesar de que lleva algún tiempo en el mercado, no hay ninguna de tipo que la supere. Tanto en prestaciones como en fiabilidad. Tiene todo lo que una semiprofesional (a veces diría que profesional..) - reflex o sin espejo - en un cuerpo mínimo. Alucino con el enfoque, la respuesta con poca luz y la calidad de sus fotos. Ideal como segunda cámara, si llevas una de las grandes, o para viajes u ocasiones especiales. La mejor cámara es la que tienes en el bolsillo cuando se presenta la ocasión....no dejes que sea un móvil el que capte ese momento!!
