Installing the Zoom app on BRAVIA TVs: Which models support video calling or chat?

BRAVIA TV models that support the Zoom app

The following models support the Zoom app for video calling or video chat:

• 2025 models: BRAVIA 8 II (XR80M2), BRAVIA 5 (XR50)
• 2024 models: BRAVIA 9 (XR90), BRAVIA 8 (XR80), BRAVIA 7 (XR70)
• 2023 models: A95L, A80L, A75L, X95L, X93L, X90L, X85L, X82L, X80L, and X75WL series
• 2022 models: A95K, A90K, A80K, A75K, X95K, X90K, X85K, X80K, X90S, and Z9K series

Note: While Sony cannot make any guarantees, it's possible the Zoom app can be installed and will work on BRAVIA TV models other than those listed above.

Supported camera models

The following BRAVIA Cam models are compatible with the BRAVIA TVs listed above:

• CMU-BC1
• CMU-BC1M

Notes:

• The CMU-BC1M is only sold with specific BRAVIA TV models as part of a bundle and cannot be purchased separately.
• While Sony cannot make any guarantees, the Zoom app may work with USB cameras (webcams) for Android™.

How to install the Zoom app on your BRAVIA TV

Before installing the Zoom app, update your TV to the latest software available (version 6.7240 or later).

Follow these steps to install the Zoom app on your BRAVIA TV:

1. Search for Zoom in the Google Play Store.
2. Install the Zoom app on your TV.

Notes:

  • There are many search options available, including the Google Play Store, the Apps tab on the Home screen, the voice search function, and the on-screen keyboard. Available options depend on your TV model.
