How do I remove dust that appears on the recorded image?
Clean the image sensor automatically using the camera's cleaning mode. If the dust remains after the automatic cleaning, clean the image sensor using a commercially available blower.
Sony cannot honour the warranty if the user cleans the image sensor surface with a commercial cleaning solution. We recommend only using the blower to remove dust particles.
If the dust still remains after using the blower, consult your Sony dealer or local authorized Sony service facility.
