Unable to play a BD-R/RE disc that was burned on a computer.
The Blu-ray Disc player will not play a BD-R/RE disc burned or closed in multi-session with postscript. To correct this, burn the disc in a single session or without postscript. You can change the close session settings through the settings of the disc burning software. Contact the software manufacturer for more information and assistance with the settings of the application you are using.
