Cannot copy movies recorded in XAVC S format from the camera to a connected external media device
To copy movies recorded in XAVC S format directly from the camera to an external media device such as an external hard disk drive, install the latest firmware (software) version of the camera.
NOTE: In copying movies recorded in XAVC S, use a recording media which is formatted in NTFS.
