Why TV SideView app cannot control my BD player?
TV SideView app cannot control the BD Player and "Network connection error" appears when the button is pressed.
Please try the followings:
- Check your network connections. Ensure that your remote device and Blu-ray Disc Player are on the same local network.
- Restart (turn off then on) your remote device Wi-Fi connection.
- If your remote device is using a proxy, try turning the proxy setting off. Some remote devices cannot connect properly to the player when using a proxy.
