1. Navigate to the "YouTube" app using your product and make sure you sign out of the YouTube service.
2. Login to YouTube through a PC to change your login password. It should now be safe to sell, trade or dispose the unit.

Why can't I return to the previous page even though I select [Previous page] in the available options?
This might be due to the page you are browsing is opened in a new window. Press the "OPTIONS" button on the remote control and select [Window List] to return to your previous window.
How can I exit out of an application or game from the Opera TV Store?
If there is no EXIT or QUIT option in the application or game, press the "OPTIONS" button on the remote controller and select [Exit].
The "Install" option is not available on some applications.
If the "Install" option does not show for an application in the Opera TV Store, it means the application is already installed.
Can I use or play an application from the Opera TV Store without Internet connection?
The application is not stored locally in your Blu-ray Disc player, so it is not possible to use or play an application without connecting to the Internet.
How do I know if there are newly launched applications from the Opera TV Store?
To view the latest applications, select All Categories, then choose More and select the option for New. The applications will then be displayed in reversed chronological order according to the time they were launched.
What is "My Apps"?
My Apps is a feature of the Opera TV Store that allows you to install applications that you might use frequently into a certain category. You can directly and instantly use these installed applications from "My Apps", giving you the convenience of not going through a repeated search of applications.
How do I uninstall an application from the My Apps of the Opera TV Store?
To uninstall an application, follow these steps:
1. Access the Menu Box located on the upper centre of the screen and select Remove Apps.
2. Choose the application that you want to uninstall and press the Enter button.
3. Select Done to exit the menu once you are finished uninstalling the application.
I cannot find applications that I installed in My Apps.
Please verify that the application has been successfully installed by searching for it using the Search menu located on the upper centre of the Opera TV Store. Once found, check if the Install option on the application detail page is available. If not, it indicates that the application has already been installed. If the Install option is still available, install the application again.
How do I restore an application that has been accidentally deleted?
If you accidentally deleted an application installed in My Apps of the Opera TV Store, you need to re-install it again since it cannot be restored.
How do I rearrange the order of applications in My Apps?
My Apps of the Opera TV Store has no feature that will allow you to rearrange or change the order of the applications that you have installed.
How many applications can be installed in My Apps?
Currently, there is no limit on the number of applications that can be installed in the My Apps section of the Opera TV Store.
Can I save my score while playing a game which is still in progress?
The game save functionality is different for each game offered in the Opera TV Store. Check the specifications of the individual game for the steps to save.
What is Opera TV Store?
It is an online application delivery service from the Opera browser, which provides apps that will work with your Blu-ray Disc player.
Are all of the applications on Opera TV Store free?
At the time of this writing all of the apps on the Opera TV Store are free, but paid apps may become available in the future.
Do I need to have an account with Opera TV Store to use it?
An account with Opera TV Store is not required to use the feature on the Blu-ray Disc player. But this may change in the future.
How many apps are available on the Opera TV Store?
We are unable to provide a specific number since the Opera TV Store is always being updated.
Some applications from Opera TV Store and Sony Entertainment Network have similar names. Are they the same app?
The applications that have similar names on both the Opera TV Store and the Sony Entertainment Network (SEN) service are the same. These applications can be accessed easily by using the SEN-button on your remote controller.
What is the difference between the applications on My Apps by Opera TV Store and Favourites on SEN?
Applications or apps that are found in My Apps are those that are installed from the application detail page of the Opera TV Store, while applications found in Favourites are those that are added to the Favourites section or feature of the Sony Entertainment Network (SEN) service.
What is TV SideView?
It is a free mobile application for remote devices (such as smartphone, tablet, etc.). When used with the Blu-ray Disc player, you can easily operate the player by using your tablet or smartphone as a remote controller.
The TV SideView app does not display properly on my 7" tablet and cannot be used.
This is a limitation with the TV SideView Tablet version software. Please install TV SideView Phone version on your 7" tablet from Google Play.
The TV SideView app cannot detect my Blu-ray Disc player.
Try the following:
1) Check your network connections. Make sure that your smartphone or tablet and Blu-ray Disc player are on the same local network.
2) Restart (turn off, then on) the Wi-Fi connection of your smartphone or tablet.
3) If your smartphone or tablet is using a proxy, try turning the proxy setting off. Some devices cannot connect properly to the player when using a proxy.

This is due to specifications for TV SideView registration. Please ensure your player is in either one of the following conditions for TV SideView registration.
1) On the top layer of the home menu/xross media bar.

- control various settings intuitively.
- enhance the music visually with your smartphone display.
How do I set-up SongPal?
Try the following:
1) Connect your Blu-ray Disc player and smartphone to a network. Make sure they are on the same local network.
2) Make sure that the device is compatible with SongPal.
3) Search for the Blu-ray Disc player through your smartphone by Device Select.
4) Pair your Blu-ray Disc player with your smartphone.
Fail to connect to SongPal
Try the following:
1) Connect your Blu-ray Disc player and smartphone to a network. Make sure they are on the same local network.
2) Make sure that the device is compatible with SongPal.
3) Search for the Blu-ray Disc player through your smartphone by Device Select.
4) Pair your Blu-ray Disc player with your smartphone.
*repeat step 3 and 4 until pairing is successful.
How can I enjoy Spotify on my BDV-product?
If you are a new user, you will need to sign up for a Spotify premium account to enjoy the service on your BDV-product. Go to www.spotify.com to create a premium account on a mobile, tablet or computer device. If you are an existing customer with a free account you will need to upgrade to premium.
Can I enjoy the Spotify service on my BDV product with the Free account?
No, you can't. BDV-products only supports "Premium" accounts.
A message saying "Spotify Premium is required for this device. Please purchase a Premium subscription on www.spotify.com" appears after I try to log in the Spotify service. What should I do?
BDV-products can only support "Premium" accounts. If you don't have the premium user account, go to www.spotify.com to create a premium account on mobile, tablet or computer device.
Which actions should I take regarding my pay contents before I return, sell or trade the Blu-ray Disc / DVD home theatre system?
Since returned units may be resold, we advise that you access your Essentials / Sony Entertainment Network account on https://account.sonyentertainmentnetwork.com and unlink your unit from your account, in order to prevent the future owner from accessing your pay content. In case you purchase a new Sony Blu-ray home theatre system or received an exchanged unit, please register it under your Essentials / Sony Entertainment Network account by accessing the https://account.sonyentertainmentnetwork.com web site again.
How do I change the brightness of the LED illumination on the speakers (available on selected models only)?
Press the [Dimmer] button to change the brightness. You can choose to adjust the brightness level to a low/medium/high setting.
