The Touchpad remote stopped working after updating the TV's firmware

If your Touchpad remote is no longer working after performing a firmware update, please try one of the following steps:

1. Use the Infrared remote to turn Bluetooth Off/On from the Bluetooth settings.
   1. Press the HOME button on the remote.
   2. Select Settings.
   3. Select Bluetooth settings in the NETWORK & ACCESSORIES category.
   4. Select Bluetooth.
   5. Select Off and turn it On again.
      
2. Unplug the AC power cord (mains lead) for the TV, wait 30 seconds, then plug it back in.
