I cannot watch any Satellite TV programmes

    If you're suddenly having issues watching Satellite programmes on your TV, please try the following steps:

    1. Press the HOME button on the remote.
    2. Select Settings, then press the Enter button.
    3. Select Channel setup in the TV category, then press the Enter button.
    4. Select Digital setup, then press the Enter button.
    5. Select Satellite Set-up, then press the Enter button.
    6. Select Digital Satellite Tuning, then press the Enter button.
    7. Select Yes, then press the Enter button.

    8. Select Next, then press the Enter button.

    9. Select General Satellite or Preferred Satellite (select the satellite which was previously tuned), then press the Enter button.

    10. Select Normal Scan, then press the Enter button.
    11. If you selected Preferred Satellite, select Operator, then press the Enter button.
    12. Select the satellite for which DiSEqC Control Disabled is displayed, then press the Enter button.

    13. Select LNB Configuration, then press the Enter button.
    14. Select DiSEqC Control and change the value from Disabled to the correct value.

    15. Press the BACK button repeatedly until you return to the Home screen, and then check whether satellite TV programs can be watched.

    IMPORTANT: There is a possibility that if you return to the TV's main menu screen by using the HOME button, the new settings will not be reflected.
