A playback error icon appears when trying to view some BMP photo files
A playback error icon may appear on the Blu-ray Disc Player when trying to view some BMP photo files because of the following reasons:
- The BMP file is uncompressed
- The bit depth of the BMP file is 1, 4, 8, 24 or 32 bits
- The BMP file resolution is less than or equal to 1920 x 1080
Please confirm that your BMP file adheres to all of the above specifications.
