The portable speaker does not output sound or is not recognised by the connected computer
Check the following:
IMPORTANT: Use the USB cable supplied with the portable speaker.
- Set the portable speaker to USB mode by pressing the FUNCTION button.
- Check that the portable speaker and the computer are connected by the USB cable.
NOTE: If you are using a USB hub, connect the portable speaker and computer directly, and check whether the connection improves. - If the computer has multiple USB ports, use another port.
- Restart the music playback application on the computer.
