Error: 99999 appears when clicking the "All Apps" icon

    If this issue occurs, please perform Refresh Internet Content as shown below and try to launch the network application again:

    1. Press the HOME button on the remote.
    2. Select Settings.
    3. Select System Settings.
    4. Select Set-up.
    5. Select Network.
    6. Select Refresh Internet Content.
