The LINK indicator is lit, but the UPDATE button does not light up and the software cannot be updated
If you are trying to update the speaker but the UPDATE button doesn't light up, please check the following.
- In order to update your speaker make sure that it is connected to an AC outlet, as software updates are not available when the speaker is being powered by the built-in battery.
Connect the speaker to an AC outlet via the USB AC adaptor to update. - When the system software is already updated to the latest version, the UPDATE indicator will not light up.
NOTE: The software version of the speaker can be viewed from Settings > Other settings of the Music Center (SongPal) application.
