Why is the info 'i+' button or function not working when I use the Netflix app?

    The decision to support the info "i+" remote key or function is dependent on each application. This feature isn't currently supported by the latest version of the Netflix application.

    Netflix is aware of the consumer feedback this topic has generated, and will investigate whether this feature should be re-instated in the future.
