How can I know the TV has detected the HDR content?

    Check the following.

    NOTE: If you use the XE70xx_X70xxE_X72xE Series, X67xxE_X69xE Series, or X72xF Series: click here.

    • In case of HDMI, USB

      1. Press the i+ button on the remote control.
      2. Scene: Auto (HDR) is displayed on the screen.

      Or

      1. Press the HOME button on the remote control.
      2. Select Setting.
      3. Select System Settings.
      4. Select Picture.
      5. HDR-Game or HDR-Cinema is displayed under Picture Mode.
    • In case of IPTV

      1. Press the Option button on the remote control.
      2. Select Picture.
      3. HDR-Cinema is displayed under Picture Mode.

    NOTE: TV will detect HDR automatically when Scene Select is set to Auto and the HDR content has the HDR information flag.


    For XE70xx_X70xxE_X72xE Series, X67xxE_X69xE Series or X72xF Series:

    • In case of HDMI, USB, Digital-RF

      1. Press the i+ button on the remote control.
      2. Scene: Auto (HDR) is displayed on the screen.

      Or

      1. Press the HOME button on the remote control.
      2. Select Setting.
      3. Select System Settings.
      4. Select Picture.
      5. HDR-Vivid or HDR-Video is displayed under Picture Mode.
    • In case of IPTV

      1. Press the Option button on the remote control.
      2. Select Picture.
      3. HDR-Vivid or HDR-Video is displayed under Picture Mode.

    NOTE: TV will detect HDR automatically when Scene Select is set to Auto and the HDR content has the HDR information flag.
