Which soundbars are supported by the A/V Sync setting on my TV?

A/V sync-compatible soundbars

When the A/V sync setting on your TV is set to Auto, A/V sync works with these specific audio systems (connected via HDMI):

• HT-ZF9
• HT-XF9000
• HT-X8500
• HT-G700
• HT-A9
• HT-A7000
• HT-A5000

How to set A/V Sync to Auto

Follow the steps below to set A/V sync to Auto:

1. Open the  Settings screen.   How to access Settings 
   • Using the  Quick Settings button (For models released in 2019 or later)
     1. Press the  (Quick Settings) button on the remote control.
     2. Select  Settings.
   • Using the HOME button
     1. Press the HOME button on the remote control.
     2. Select  Settings.
2. The next steps will depend on your TV menu options:
   • Select Display & Sound → Audio output → A/V sync → Auto.
   • Select Sound → A/V sync → Auto.
