You may be experiencing issues (such as buffering or loading) when using Netflix on Sony's Android TV.
If you have noticed any of the symptoms mentioned above, we recommend checking you have the latest version of Netflix (7.0.2 build 3110 or later) which is available in the Google Play Store.
There are two steps to upgrade your app/firmware:
- Ensure the [Auto-update apps] in the Google Play Store is set to [ON]
- Go to the Google Play Store
- Select [Settings]
- Select [Auto-update apps]
- Select [Auto-update apps at any time]
- Perform a firmware update
