Sound Bar doesn't connect via Bluetooth with the TV when turning it on or switching the input

First, press the TV button on the Sound Bar remote control and check the status of the front panel display:
- Option 1: When TV(BT) or PAIRING appears in the front panel: perform the Bluetooth pairing process on the TV.
- Option 2: When TV appears in the front panel: perform the pairing process on the Soundbar again. The steps will vary depending on your Soundbar model:
How to perform Bluetooth pairing on HT-A9
- Using the TV remote control, turn on the TV.
- Press the
(power) button on the Sound Bar remote control to turn on the Sound Bar.
- On the Sound Bar remote control, in sequence press TV, AUDIO, and then BLUETOOTH.
- After PAIRING appears in the front panel display, perform a pairing procedure on the TV.
(If TV appears in the front panel display, restart the process again from the beginning.)
How to perform Bluetooth pairing on HT-A5000/HT-A7000
- Using the TV remote control, turn on the TV.
- Press the
(power) button on the Sound Bar remote control to turn on the Sound Bar.
- On the bar speaker, press and hold the BLUETOOTH button, and on the Sound Bar remote control, press the TV button simultaneously for 5 seconds.
Ensure that TV(BT) ON appears in the front panel display. - After the BLUETOOTH indicator on the bar speaker flashes quickly in blue and PAIRING appears in the front, perform a pairing procedure on the TV.
(If TV(BT) OFF appears in the front panel display, perform the procedure again from the beginning.)
