Sound from the Sound Bar is interrupted while it is connected using a home network

    This issue may occur when you play music stored on your computer through your home network while the Sound Bar and wireless router are connected with the 2.4 GHz bandwidth without an internet connection.

    To avoid this issue, connect the Sound Bar to the internet, or change the bandwidth on your router to 5 GHz.
