TV/AUDIO SYSTEM button on the soundbar remote control doesn't work

IMPORTANT: This article applies only to specific products and/or operating systems. Check Applicable Products and Categories for details.

Not all TVs are compatible with the System Audio Control function. The TV/AUDIO SYSTEM button will work if:

• The connected TV is compatible with the System Audio Control function
• The Control for HDMI function is set to ON. You can find this setting in your Soundbar's [HDMI] settings menu. 

If the TV/AUDIO SYSTEM button does not work, use the TV to switch the output of the connected TV sound between the TV and Sound Bar.
You can do this by going into the [Audio] settings in your TV menu and searching for Audio output settings.
