I can't feel any setting effect for INZONE gaming headphones (e.g., Equaliser, Personalisation)

If your headset isn't working properly, there may be a problem with the output setting (e.g., it may be set to INZONE H5 – Chat instead of INZONE H5 – Game). Follow these steps to update the output:

1. Go to your Windows taskbar, then right click on the Volume icon.
2. Select Open Sound Settings.
3. In the dropdown list under Choose your output device, select INZONE H5 – Game.

Alternatively, you can:

1. Click on the Start menu, then open Settings.
2. Select System. 
3. Go to Sound, then select INZONE H5 – Game in the dropdown list under Choose your output device.

Note: These steps also apply to the INZONE H7/H9 and INZONE Buds. Refer to the Help Guide for more troubleshooting tips.

Another issue you may have is that the Enable audio enhancements settings isn't checked/selected. To do this, you can follow these steps:

1. Type Control Panel in the Search bar and click to open.
2. Select Sound.
3. In the Playback tab, select speaker INZONE H5 - Game and click on Properties.
4. In Properties, go to the Advanced tab and check/select Enable audio enhancements.

If you're having an interoperability problem with your PC, it's possible you're using an outdated version of the intelliGo Audio Processing Objects (APO) Driver. In this case, you may need to update the Driver Version to the latest one.

Follow these steps to update the driver and confirm the version information:

1. Open the Device Manager, then click the side arrow next to Audio Processing Objects (APOs).
2. Determine if the IntelliGo Audio Effects Component is displayed or not.
   • If yes, right click and select Properties.
   • If no, you may not have the driver installed.  
     • You can download the IntelliGo Audio Application and view the latest driver information on the official Dell website.
3. Select the Driver tab and confirm the Driver Version is at least 100.1.4.888.

Note: The instructions for updating a driver differ depending on the PC.
