    How do I troubleshoot Internet Explorer App

    Some websites may not be able to be display properly using Internet Explorer 10 app.  We recommend that you switch to the Desktop Internet Explorer when you experience trouble viewing a specific website using Internet Explorer app.

    1. Right Click within the Internet Explorer 10 app
    2. Click the Settings icon
    3. Select “View on the desktop”
    4. Internet Explorer desktop will now launch
