Preparation
Check the Firmware Version
If the current firmware version is 1.1.5.0, you do not need to perform the update. To check which firmware version you have:
- Launch the INZONE Hub PC app.
- Connect your keyboard to the INZONE Hub PC app.
- Click on Device Settings.
Note: The device name displayed on the screen depends on the connected device. - Confirm the firmware version.
Important Notice
- Once the update starts, wait for it to finish before:
- Unplugging the USB cable connecting the keyboard to the computer
- Exiting the INZONE Hub PC app
- Turning off the computer
- Please connect the keyboard directly to the computer. Avoid connecting them via USB hubs or extension cables.
- When connecting to a notebook PC, please perform the update while the computer is connected to a power source.
- Do not allow your computer to go into sleep or hibernation mode during the update.
Download & Install
Update Procedure
To update this device, follow the steps below:
- When you start an update from the INZONE Hub PC app, the update software is downloaded from the server to your computer.
(The file size is approximately 348 KB.) - Transfer the update software from the computer to the keyboard.
- Perform the keyboard update.
Detailed Update Procedure
- If the INZONE Hub PC app is running, right-click the INZONE Hub icon displayed in the task tray and select Quit.
Connect the keyboard to your PC while the INZONE Hub PC app is not running. - Launch the INZONE Hub PC app on the computer connected to the keyboard.
If you see the PRIVACY POLICY screen, proceed to Step A below. If you see a red dot on the gear icon, proceed to Step B. All others may proceed to Step 3.- If you have never launched the INZONE Hub PC app before, the PRIVACY POLICY confirmation screen and privacy settings screen will appear.
- If the installed INZONE Hub PC app is not up to date, a red dot will appear on the gear icon in the upper right corner of the screen.
Click the gear icon to access the Settings screen, and then click Update to update the INZONE Hub PC app to the latest version.
Note: The version displayed on the Settings screen may differ from the one shown in the image below.
- If you have never launched the INZONE Hub PC app before, the PRIVACY POLICY confirmation screen and privacy settings screen will appear.
- If a keyboard update is available, a red dot will appear for Device Settings.
- Select Device Settings, then press the Update button displayed on the System Software Information screen.
- A confirmation screen for the update will appear. After reviewing the update details, press the Update Now button to begin the update.
Note: Once the update begins, the keyboard will be unavailable until the update is complete.
- Once the update begins, a progress bar will appear as shown in the image below. Please wait until the update is complete, which may take up to approximately 2 minutes.
- Once the update is finished, the “Update complete” screen will appear.
- After the update is complete, verify that the new version has been installed correctly:
- Follow the steps in the Check the Firmware Version section.
- If the keyboard version displays as “1.1.5.0”, the update was successful.
Questions & Answers
When following the steps above, an error message indicating an update failure may appear.
If this happens:
- Press OK.
- The INZONE Hub PC app will display the following screen. Press Update and perform the update again.
- When you press the Update button, the confirmation screen for executing the update (as described in Step 5 of the Detailed Update Procedure section) will appear. Please proceed with the update as shown.
