What to do if the headphone cable disconnects unexpectedly - INZONE E9

    If the headphone cable disconnects unexpectedly from the INZONE E9 during use, reconnect the INZONE unique plug to the headphone unit.

    • Check the colored end of the INZONE unique plug: The cable with a gray end should be connected to the left unit, while the cable with a red end should be connected to the right.

    • Hold the INZONE unique plug and insert it straight into the unit's connector.

    Notes:

    • The INZONE E9 headphones are compatible with the INZONE unique plug only.
    • Do not insert the headphone cable at an angle. It may cause damage.
    • The INZONE E9 headphones have precision connectors. If you pull the cable strongly or use excessive force, the cable may break or become damaged.
