1. How do I participate in the promotion?
STEP 1
Purchase selected headphone, speaker or digital imaging product from a participating retailer between 1.1.-16.9.2026 and register it by September 16th 2026 (inclusive) to enter the draw for a chance to win tickets to NFL London Game on October 11th, 2026.
Products purchased online must be delivered and in your possession by the registration deadline, as participation requires photos of the product and its serial number during registration.
Minimum age limit of 18 years to participate. Only one claim per customer permitted.
STEP 2
Enter the campaign web page and click on the “Claim here” button to register. Claims must be made online by September 16th, 2026.
STEP 3
Log-in or create a My Sony account and fill in the campaign form by providing the following details:
- Your product information: model, serial number, purchase date and retailer
- Your personal details: name, email address and telephone number
- A photo of your eligible product or product packaging clearly showing the Serial Number
After providing this information, please click on the “Submit” button.
STEP 4
After submitting your form, you’ll be redirected to a confirmation page and an email confirming your registration will be sent to your email address. Your registration code is an 8-digit number that will be displayed in the e-mail subject line. This code will also act as a reference number in case you have any questions about the campaign.
STEP 5
If your claim meets the terms and conditions of the promotion, you will be entered into the raffle within the next working day of your claim being validated.

2. When will I receive the ticket?
We will contact the winners of the NFL London Games ticket raffle directly. If you are selected, you will be notified within two (2) business days of the draw. If we are unable to meet this timeframe, we will contact you as soon as possible thereafter. Please note that this period begins from the date of the draw, not from the date of your registration or purchase. We cannot be held responsible for any misinformation provided by retailers or sellers regarding the timing of winner notifications.
Bear in mind that any missing or incorrect information risks delaying the validation and payment so please make sure to provide all the necessary correct information.
3. The website says that my serial number is not recognised, why is that?
Check that you entered the serial number correctly. If you're certain that the information is correct, your model may not be included in this promotion.
4. What formats can be used for uploading documents as part of the registration process and are there any size restrictions?
Your file should not be larger than 5 MB. You can upload the standard JPG, JPEG, PNG and PDF formats only.
5. I purchased my product a few weeks before / after the promotion dates. Can Sony make an exception and authorise my claim?
We can only consider customers applying for this promotion only if their product is purchased within the dates mentioned in the Terms and Conditions.
6. I have not received e-mail updates regarding my claim, how can I track the progress of it?
An automated confirmation e-mail is sent when your claim is submitted and another email when your claim is accepted. Should we need any further information, a separate e-mail is sent to you. Please make sure to check your spam/junk folder of your mailbox. Moreover, you may use this link to track the progress of your claim by entering the claim ID provided in the confirmation e-mail.
