I can't hear any music after connecting a USB device to my car stereo receiver

How to connect a USB device to your car stereo
- Turn down the volume on the car stereo receiver.
- Connect the USB device to the receiver's USB port
- Press HOME, then select one of the following options:
- USB (If it doesn't appear in the Favorite area, touch All Apps to display the HOME2 screen, and then select USB)
- USB Music
- USB port 1 or USB port 2.
- Playback will start.

After connecting the USB device to the car stereo (e.g. USB flash drive, Walkman, Android phone), wait approximately 20 to 30 seconds for the receiver to recognise the USB device. If the receiver doesn't recognise it after 30 seconds, turn the car stereo off, disconnect the USB device, and reconnect it.
How to disconnect a USB device from your car stereo
The steps will depend on your USB device:
- Turn the car stereo off or turn the ignition switch to the ACC off position, then remove the USB device.
- Stop the playback, then remove the USB device.
To stop playback:- Press and hold OFF for 1 second.
If the issue continues, perform a factory reset on your car stereo. Check the user manual for model-specific instructions.
