The car audio models listed in the Assigned Product and Categories of This Article (XAV Series) do not support launching Siri or Google Assistant by saying Hey Siri or OK Google.
Siri or Google Assistant can only be activated by pressing the VOICE button on the device while the car audio is connected to Apple CarPlay or Android Auto.
