Why are my scheduled recordings missing after a TV software update?

After a TV software update, your previously scheduled (future) recordings may no longer appear in your TV’s schedule list.

This happens because scheduled recordings are not retained during software upgrades. As a result, the TV does not restore them after the update is completed.

    Are my existing recordings affected?

No. Programs that have already been recorded and stored on your USB hard disk drive (HDD) are not affected by the software update.

You can continue to watch your previously recorded content as usual. If you regularly schedule recordings, check your schedule after each software update

How do I set up my recordings again?

After the update, you will need to manually schedule your recordings again.

    1. Press the TV or Guide button on your remote control
    2. Open the TV Guide
    3. Select the program you want to record
    4. Set the recording schedule again

    IMPORTANT:
Recording is not available when the TV’s country setting is set to Italy.
