If you're hearing noise from the subwoofer or the audio is intermittent when the subwoofer is in use, please try the following troubleshooting steps:
- Move the subwoofer closer to the TV
- Do not install the TV and subwoofer in a closed rack, on a metal rack, or under a table
- Move the subwoofer away from other wireless devices
- Avoid using any other wireless devices
Please note that the situation may not improve even if all the steps are implemented, due to electrical interference from other electronic devices / appliances nearby.
