The LED on the REON POCKET is blinking red. What's wrong?

    If the LED repeatedly blinks purple (RNP-P1) / red (RNP-5), it may not be charging properly, or there is a malfunction in the charging function.

    • Please unplug the USB cable from the charger without touching the area around the USB port.

    In the following cases, the LED on the device will blink purple (RNP-P1) or red (RNP-5) for about 8 seconds, and cooling/warming will stop automatically.

    • The temperature inside the device is higher than expected.
    • The temperature in the cooling and warming section is higher or lower than expected.
      If this happens, please wait a while and try operating the device again.
    • A temporary error has occurred inside the device.
    • The fan inside the device is not operating properly.
      If this happens, try operating the device again.
