The REON POCKET sometimes stops cooling during the SMART COOL operation. Is it a malfunction?
This is not a malfunction. When the temperature inside your clothing and the cooling/warming section reaches an appropriate level, the unit may automatically pause cooling to conserve power.
Cooling will resume automatically when the temperature rises again. You can also restart it manually using the app.
