Free Repair Programme for the ULT WEAR (WH-ULT900N) Headset – January 2025-2027

We have found that cracks may occasionally develop on the rotating shaft at the joint between the headband and the headphone housing on a limited range of the ULT WEAR (WH-ULT900N).

To address this concern, we are extending the warranty for affected products until January 31, 2027.

• A: The model name (YY2981) is located inside the hanger of the left unit.
• B: The serial number is located inside the headband of the left unit.

How to check the difference between CE7 & E model 

Determine if your headphones are affected

Check the image below to see if your headphones are affected.

Look for cracks at the headband's rotating shaft, which may cause the headband housing to detach.

Organise a free repair

Once you've confirmed your headphones are affected and the serial number is eligible, please contact your nearest Authorised Service Centre (ASC):

Free repair period

Customers with affected serial numbers who experience this issue are eligible for free repairs until January 31, 2027.
