J'ai acheté ce téléviseur en novembre 2022 chez l'enseigne fnac darty lors du 4eme mois mon televiseur est tomber en panne led rouge (6fois) le tv a été remplacé par Darty quelques mois plus tard le même souci remplacement par une nouvelle problème de son avec clignotement rouge cette fois ci je suis passé par sony avec une demande de geste commercial pour dysfonctionnement récurent et immobilisation de 3 semaines sans téléviseur aucune réponse de ma demande de geste de la part de Sony... l'image de marque en prends un coup. Mais sinon gardons le bon côté des choses quand ça fonctionne bien le téléviseur délivré une image d'une précision inégalée un vrai plaisir pour les yeux.

Das Gerät in 2022 gekauft, leider ist die Software immer noch anfällig. Mitten im laufenden Programm friert das Bild ein mit anschließenden Neustart. Oder das Einschalten wird erst nach einem Neustart durchgeführt. Für so ein Gerät würde man es nicht erwarten.

Bought the 65-inch after reading lots of reviews. Picture, is bright, clean and true. Sound is also great even without a sound bar or home system. I like the Google operating system as it means I can connect with my phone and other connected devices. This is a excellent TV.

Das Bild friert mal, oder Kanäle lassen sich nicht mehr umschalten, oder ein Stream vom Internet aber Audio von TV Kanal. Wenn kein Neustart möglich muss man schon den Stecker 🔌 ziehen.

Malgré x réglage impossible d'avoir les contrats pour avoir cette effet 3D je l'ai acheté exprès pourtant.. donc belle image mais non contraste et "3D" inexistante je suis hyper déçu. Je me retrouve avec une télé de 4000euros qui ne correspond en rien a mes attentes..

wir haben diesen Fernseher jetzt mehr als zwei Jahre wir genießen die sehr gute Bild und Tonqualität leider gibt ee auch einen kleinen Nachteil nach dem Start des Fernsehers dauert es manchmal 2 Minuten und mehr bis ein Fernsehprogramm erscheint und lieder bleibt der Fernseher auch mal hängen und nur Ausschalten hilft.

J’ai acheté cette télé en sachant qu’elle est dans le haut du panier, j’ai hésité à mettre 4 étoiles mais malheureusement je trouve qu’elle manque trop de luminosité pour ça ( et pour ce prix là). En plus de cela elle a pas les bonne pour le dolby atmos en sans fil ( je vais devoir passer part une Apple TV)

Immagini ottime, possibilità di selezionare l' audio in base a quello che si sta guardando tg, cinema, musica. L' unica pecca a mio avviso riferita proprio all' audio non poter avere l'audio in cuffia lasciando comunque quello in TV. Se in casa c'è una persona che sente poco, o si tiene il volume alto, o si obbliga l' altra persona a tenere anche lui/lei le cuffie.

10/10, very happy, only gripe is with how Samsungs QD-OLED panel was used on this tv - I feel like the peak brightness and colour volume brilliance is a little too heavily atributed to Vivid mode (Highly inaccurate) and e.g Standard & Cinema modes (There are technical reasons behind that of course i won't get into but a 30-40% drop off in brightness i feel should be more of a 15-20% dropoff). Other than that, in love with the tv, processing and sound.

A very nice panel made by Samsung, and improved by Sony. The difference in price between the Samsung TV with the same panel, and the equivalent from LG, is not really worth it, as the difference in performance is small. Too pricey for someone who is not into this kind of stuff, as the lower priced OLEDs from the same generation bring more value per £. For the amount of money this TV was valued for, the design is disappointing, even though this is the 1st generation of this QD-OLED Panel. I'm only giving it a 4*, due to its price.

Acheté avec barre de son HT-A5000, subwoofer SA-SW5, enceintes SA-RS5, lecteur UHD UBP-X700 et platine PS-LX310BT. Le son sur enceintes arrieres SA-RS5 avec films en HDR ou ATMOS est inaudible. La pause d'un film provoque la perte de l'audio via le HT-A5000. Le son en lecture de la platine vinyle est de très mauvaise qualité comparé à une chaine HIFI classique. L'upscaling de videos non 4K ne donne vraiment pas un bon résultat sur le A95K. Très décu de cet achat. J'ai dépensé beaucoup d'argent après beaucoup de réflexion et je regrette vivement cette dépense. La TV Bravia 32 pouces LCD achetée il y a 20 ans était (et est toujours) de bien meilleure qualité toutes proportions gardées.

Creo que en un televisor lo importante es la imagen y en este es perfecta, real. Hay otras marcas con imágenes espectaculares pero que no tiene nada que ver con la realidad, mas parecen un video juego. Hecho en falta la función PinP y los menús de instalación son algo engorrosos así que llamé al Servicio de Atención al Cliente y la atención ha sido magnífica, resolviendo todas mis dudas y ayudándome en la configuración

Tengo desde hace unos dos años la TV QD-OLED Sony XR-55A95K BRAVIA Google TV, 4K HDR, XR Cognitive Processor, XR Triluminos Max, y estoy super contento, siempre he sido fan de Sony, siempre preferi pagar mas pero llevarme calidad 100%, este TV es una maravilla en todos los aspectos, no puedo estar más satisfecho con mi adquisición, todas las TV que he tenido siempre han sido Sony y todas fueron sustituidas por TV Sony, no se sustituyeron por averías, sino por cambio a modelos nuevos con infinita mayor calidad, vamos, lo último en ese momento y jamás ninguna de ellas entro en talleres para reparación, así que yo siempre he recomendado Sony si a quien se la recomendaba tenía posibilidades económicas para hacerse con uno de ellos, otra cosa que me gusta muchísimo es que disponen de GoogleTV, yo uso unas App especificas para el TV y fue un motivo más por el que compre esta marca, espero que jamás desaparezca Sony, porque Sony es sinónimo de calidad 100%, soporte 100% efectivo y además tiene un departamento con el que puedes hablar indicándoles mejoras en su sistema y aportar fallos o anomalías y que además estas mejoras son automáticamente implementadas en sus actualizaciones, yo mismo he informado de mejoras en su software que haría mucho mas dinámico dicho software y sistema operativo y he podido comprobar cómo dichas mejoras han sido implementadas en sus actualizaciones de software, así que más contento no puedo estar, yo desde aquí recomiendo Sony en todos los aspectos, claro está, siempre que quien quiera comprar un TV con mayúsculas tenga la posibilidad económicamente de hacerse con uno de ellos, saludos a todos.

I bought this tv recently and I couldn't get anything better. I love everything about this tv! The only problem is that I got wrong smart remote control with this tv , not the backlid one TX900p but some lover 800 series. I reported that in the shop and apparently Sony is going to send me the right one. The picture, sound, menu and how quick and responsive the system is is so impressive. Bravia cam is awesome:). Highly recommend this tv. Regards

Sony refuses to update the android OS

Part of my decision to purchase your TV over the competition was that your TV runs Google TV OS as it can receive major updates that will keep the TV UI up to date in years to come when your competitors may decide to stop support updates, yet your decision to only support Android 10 will restrict this. I wouldn't be as concerned if I had purchased a budget TV running Google TV OS such as TCL, or Hisense as it would be unreasonable to expect them to offer the same software support as Sony when their prices are a fraction of what you charge. Therefore, it comes as a surprise to find out you charge a premium for your TVs but fail to deliver premium software support updates. Now this would all be negated if you had an ecosystem that allowed for Sony TV access to Sony application but instead, you only allow the PS remote TV application to be run on devices running Android TV 12 and then not update your older TVs to this version to offer it as an exclusive feature on your newer model, A95L. This wouldn't have looked so bad, if I wasn't able to download this application on a Google TV Stick that was purchased 2 years prior to your TV's release for only 1% of the cost of your TV (Google Stick £60, Sony XR-65A95K £3,500), therefore it cannot be down to the hardware inside the TV.

Ho comprato questo articolo quasi un anno fa e ne sono entusiasta: facile da usare e da programmare e qualità dell'immagine oltre la perfezione. Ottimo audio anche se poi ho preso l'impianto audio sempre e solo della Sony. Messo al muro sembra un fantastico quadro che dire lo consiglio a tutti. In sintesi molto contento dell'acquisto: costa un pò ma le vale tutti...provare per credere.

I reluctantly had to replace my KD55-A1and was keen to keep the clean one slate look and A95K was the best alternative. The picture is simply sublime, straight out of the box although you can tweak it to your liking. The sound is great, although it lacks some of the bass that the fabulous sub woofer in the KD55-A1 delivered. It can easily be boosted with a sound system, but for now, I've tweaked the EQ and it's close enough. Highly recommended.

Jammer van die kleine plekjes op het scherm

Wij hebben een 65A95K gekocht bij Hello TV. Als het licht er op schijnt zie je allemaal kleine plekjes op het scherm. Ook de tweede tv, die Hello TV leverde had dezelfde plekjes op het scherm. Volgens mij kan dit geen toeval zijn. Helaas moet ik deze beide tv’s een slechte beoordeling geven, hoewel beeld en geluid fantastisch zijn. Hebben jullie een oplossing voor dit probleem? Wij zijn nu op zoek naar een tv van een ander merk.

Ik heb de Sony QD-OLED 55” een maand in gebruik. Wat een super tv! Prachtig beeld en super geluid die echt overal uit de tv vandaan komt en niet zoals Samsung onder de tv, waar je alsnog een soundbar moet aansluiten. Alleen jammer dat ik de afstandsbediening niet kan gebruiken voor ITV van KPN, anders 5 sterren!

TV was great until it developed a stuck red pixel on the display,sony exchanged it,now this has developed a stuck blue pixel!! sony agreed on friday 19/04/24 to exchange the TV then today monday 22/4/24 they said it's physical damage and i have to get it fixed myself! An utter disgrace.Frozen pixel physical damage! they said it could be from cleaning!! i only wipe it with a dry microfibre.The product is not fit for purpose and neither is the customer service.Sony are fraudsters,do not want to honour the warranty.This is the second tv in 1 1/2 years.Avoid sony at all costa,the warranty is not worth the paper it's written on and the products are inferior full of issues.i will attach photos.

Non mi piace il fatto che abbia due telecomandi, uno base e uno per contenuti multimediali, ne preferivo uno unico. Tasto di accensione inaccessibile se appesa al muro. Prodotto forse un po' sopravvalutato. Costa troppo rispetto ad altri prodotti di simile qualità.
