The good stuff - picture is good, availability of apps is good, performance of tv/apps is good. Setup guides you through nicely, the Android interface parts work well. Simple process for signing in to your favourite streaming apps etc. The bad stuff - I deducted two full stars because the USB HDD Schedule recording feature is so bad it shouldn't exist. The EPG is right there, you would be on it to set a recording up, but then you have to MANUALLY PROGRAM ALL OF THE SCHEDULE DETAILS YOU WANT TO RECORD - like a video recorder from 30 years ago. All of the information you need is in the EPG, but no, you cannot select it and pass that information through to the Scheduler, you have to remember it all. My opinion, this feature is so bad it should be withdrawn, and not mentioned in any marketing. To be clear, this is software, it is entirely in the hands of the manufacturer to provide, they can even put it in an update, but it is not there, and no plans to include it.

Ist in Ordnung, nur bei Sendersuchlauf wird die vorhandene Senderliste gelöscht. Das Sortieren der Sender, ist zwar sehr leicht, aber zeitaufwendig, da man immer nur einen Sender bewegen kann. Bluetooth ist etwas zu schwach und störanfällig. Hier ist noch Luft nach oben. Ansonsten viele verschiedene Anschlüsse. Das was man braucht. Leichte Bedienung. Leicht einzurichten und gute Menüführung.

Problem with network connection

There is a tendency for the TV to connect with a different network mast rather than the one that is closest, even after being reset. Find that I have to regularly reboot to get correct network, only to return to the distant mast when TV turned back on!

Only time will tell. I had to buy an adapter to play my security cameras through it. It replaces 15 year old Sony 22inchthat still works. I hear Sony’s smaller TVs will be made in Europe In future with European parts.

Good picture and acceptable sound for a small TV. However, two issues: We use subtitles regularly but not all the time. If we turn subtitles off the tuner fails to update the programme information banner at the top of the screen on BBC1HD. During the following programme obsolete banner information appears repeatedly every minute or so and can only be stopped by switching to standby and back again to on. There is no menu to hide the banners. We had a replacement set and the first one had the same problem. Secondly to turn subtitles on or off means navigating a menu. Our previous Sony TV had a single button press on/off facility that was far more convenient.

I've had this TV for about 2 weeks now. I was happy with the set up, and all seemed to be going well. There is a few second delay between switch on and the TV actually coming on. Sound comes first followed some seconds later by the picture. The only other problem I had was accessing the catch up channels like Iplayer, ITVX, etc. In the end I had to reboot the TV to get access, but it does seem to be working now. Prime, Netflix, Disney+ were all accessed without a problem through the dedicated buttons on the remote.

As expected from Sony this is a great product. There seems far more features than I can possibly need however, the picture and sound quality area outstanding and the tv is a competitive price. My only criticism is that the warranty registration is a nightmare. I have a been given promotional 5-year warranty that I am required to register with Sony. Following the steps indicated I have found no way of confirming that I do have this. I know that it is a registered with Sony but do not know if I have a 1-year or 5-year warranty. The support given by Sony in this respect is very one-way in that the replies are not personalised and do not directly address the problem. I have found this before with Sony. Great products cr** communication (sorry).

Totally disappointed with this TV, it switches to the ‘Home screen’ erroneously, sound goes out of synch, screen goes blank and takes a long time to start.

We decided to get the TV after our LG kept resetting itself in the middle of programs. We a very happy with this TV as the colour and sound are far better than the LG.I would have given it a 5 star, but the TV says on for 5 min after it has been switched off.

Once we had got it set up which took a little longer than I anticipated, it works very very well with a nice clear picture And controls which are quite simple to use. There’s nothing to do with this Television, but I’d rather wish we had bought the next size up now.

Quelques difficultés pour la paramétrer ! Mais je ne suis pas experte ! J'ai ce téléviseur depuis 15 jours et il y a souvent des coupures sur différentes chaines (3, 1, 6). J'ai échangé par tchat. Je dois préciser la chaine et le temps de fonctionnement jusqu'à la coupure. Je l'ai noté pour un soir. Lorsque j'aurais à nouveau d'autres coupures, je reprendrai contact.

I bought this as a replacement for my Sony KDL-WE613 which had died after six years. As the KD-32W800 was the successor it seemed a logical choice but nothing had prepared me for the shock of opening the box to discover this bulky monster. I now know why the Sony website shows photos taken from every angle except the side.

Excellent picture on our new Sony TV……The reason we chose it although other brands were much cheaper. The only thing we find doesn’t come up to the same high standard is the remote control. The buttons eg for MUTE and GUIDE are too small and awkward. Sounds like a minor problem. It is, but it could be better.

Love this TV. Sony always have the sharpest pictures. This 32” model was a perfect buy for my bedroom and excellent value. The only reason I have not given five stars is I am an Apple TV subscriber and was disappointed this particular model is not compatible with Apple TV. An old telly wasn't repairable, so studied the products on offer but was swayed towards the Sony as we already have a larger version of the same model in the front room and because we are so used to that one being a really good telly to watch, I had no hesitation in purchasing the new one. It was a bit more expensive, but you only get what you pay for and I think for the quality you get, its worth it..

I bought this tv a few weeks ago, and despite it not being the easiest television I have set up from new, I did eventually get there. This is the third Sony I have purchased over the years and still think that they deliver a great picture, and sound. I would agree with some previous reviews, that the remote is a little fiddly.
