acquistato il 23-12-2023 è andato fino a qualche mese fa poi da quando hanno cambiato il sistema tv sat con la cam digiquest si vede tutto a mosaico dai forum hanno risolto facendo cambiare la scheda madre tutto ok ,non so quanto costi ,ma mi sa che rottamerò il televisore.non ho mai avuto problemi con sony,non so se riacquisterò ancora sony ,2 anni di funzionamento sono un po pochi!!!

Je suis mécontent de cet article et du service après vente J ai acheté cet article et au bout de 2 semaines d utilisation des barres verticales sont apparues rendant le téléviseur inutilisable. Il aura fallu 2 mois au SAV Sony pour régler ce litige

This TV has a an ITV picture which keeps breaking up. This happened soon after purchase and the dealer told us to re-tune the TV. This we did and sure enough the breaking up stopped. But only for a while. We have had the same problem several times and re-tuning solves it. Why does this TV need to be retuned regularly? There are other TVs in the house which do not need regular retuning>

The reason might differ depending on your TV provider tools (Satellite, Cable, set-top box or CAM module), some sources regularly update the TV channel list (usually at night) causing some of the channels to go missing or breaking.

Pagar mas de mill euros por un televisor y que poco antes de que se le acabe la garantía le salgan sombras fijas a la pantalla y una manchas marrones fijas en un lado. Es una vergüenza y vas a la tienda y solo te dan largas de que llamemos a su tecnico que al llamarlo pone la excusa de que como esta a punto de caducar las garantía que no da tiempo. Y que no nos la cambian directamente que es lo que deberían hacer, porque se ve a primera vista los fallos y son de fábrica. Salen con que hay que enviarla a madrid y esperar semanas a su respuesta allá. Una auténtica vergüenza ultima vez que compramos una sony.

Problema con scheda satellitare

Ho comprato questa bellissima Sony 55 pollici. Già la terza sono che acquisto. Questa però pur essendo superiore alle altre televisioni ha avuto un problema con la CAM. Dopo un' anno ha iniziato a pixelare sui canali satellitari. È stato ricosciuto difetto scheda madre che mi è stata sostituita in garanzia. Dopo sostituzione scheda madre ha funzionato perfettamente di nuovo per circa un anno. Quindi un mese fa stesso problema. L' assistenza mi ha risposto che anche si era ripetuto lo stesso difetto ricosciuto da Sony e anche se la scheda madre sostituita aveva solo un anno il tv non era piu in garanzia e dovevo pagarmela. Quindi grazie Sony è stata una bella esperienza ma dopo 15 anni vi devo abbandonare sperando che i vostri concorrenti non si comportino anche loro cosi malamente.

Hemos comprado dos de estos televisiores y estamos muy contentos con la compra. La calidad, imagen y sonido son de muy alta calidad. Tiene múltiples funciones y se navega muy rápido. Como mejora cada poco tiempo se realiza una actualización o te avisa de que hay una actualización disponible y tras realizarla nuevamente hay que volver hacer búsqueda de canales y editar la lista de canales.

It’s a fantastic tv I had the older version which was good but the picture and sound on the newer version is fantastic. And Sony are great I had a line on the screen of my old one I contacted Sony they sent someone out and replaced the tv within two weeks

Acquistato in sconto ad un ottimo prezzo. Buon televisore. Sistema operativo nella media. Ogni tanto capita che si blocchi e non risponda ai comandi. Bisogna togliere la presa di alimentazione per sbloccarlo. Per il resto tutto apposto. Unico neo che non sopporto, ma ormai è presente in molti tv, sono i piedini di supporto. Orribili e inguardabili. Preferivo il supporto centrale come una volta.

Schlechter Fernseher inkl. schlechten Service

Leider hat der Fernseher eine schlechte Leistung mit diversen Fehlern. Seit Monaten gibt es hierfür seitens des Kundenservice keine Problemlösung. Das Bild brennt sich fest und ist verpixelt. Der Fernseher lässt sich an manchen Tagen nicht richtig einschalten. Die Kanäle verstellen sich von selbst und müssen manuell eingestellt werden. Die TV Taste der Fernbedienung funktioniert seit Monaten nicht. Die Einschaltung des Sateliten Fernsehens geht nur über Umwege. Obwohl wir HD abonniert haben, wird uns angezeigt, dass die Sender verschlüsselt sind. Außerdem schaltet sich der Fernseher von alleine aus. Eigentlich insgesamt für den Preis eine Katastrophe und keine Kaufempfehlung! Ein Angehöriger hat den gleichen Fernseher und dieser hat keine Probleme mit dem Modell, daher ist das sehr enttäuschend. Im Oktober 2024 wurde uns vom Kundenservice Sony mitgeteilt, dass seitens der Ingenieure mit Hochdruck am Probem gearbeitet wird… Das reicht uns nicht, ein neuer funktionsfähiger Fernseher wäre lösungsorientierter.

The TV isn’t 2 years old and there is shadows on the screen. There is nothing Sony can do as the warranty isn’t 5 years like the website states it’s only 1 year. I would never recommend or buy a Sony product again.

Am Streamingversuch vom Handy zum TV ist es geblieben. Laut Internet geht das bei anderen Herstellern einfacher. Hier Chromecast, am Handy müsste ich eine App runtergehen und bezahlen. Da ich aus Gesundheitsgründen lange auf die Wohnung angewiesen bin will ich einiges ausprobieren. "CASTING",leider nicht. Ich bin kein Marken Verfechter, es hätte auch ein anderer Hersteller sein können. Jetzt bin ich nicht mehr so abgetan. Auch das Anschließen einer Soundmashine war nichts. Letztere gab es im M-Markt mit dabei, was ich bis zur Kaufentscheidung nicht wusste. Die Box liegt jetzt im Schrank

Seid ein Fritz Repeater am TV mit Lankabel angeschlossen wurde gibt es kein Ruckeln oder Aussetzer mehr. Fazit: Wer keinen hochpreisigen TV möchte ist hier gut bedient

Die Umschaltzeit auf andere Sender dauert mitunter sehr lange. Es ist schon passiert dass das Gerät überhaupt nicht starten wollte. Erst nach mehrmaligen probieren gelang es dann doch. Leider musste ich das Gerät komplett neu einrichten. Seitdem ich das Internet gekappt habe, scheint das SmartTV flüssiger zu laufen.

I chose this TV because my workplace uses them in their classrooms plus it suits my Sony PS5 and Xbox series X plus my Sky stream the pictures on this tv is outstanding, the sound on it’s speaks is very good I use my surround sound system via HDMI 3 which controls the amp when you switch tv on the amp comes on automatically with the correct HDMI cable. I am very happy with it, well done Sony!

Bought this TV a month ago, I’ve seen a lot of higher priced TV’s with lesser picture quality, although I openly admit I’m a long term Sony customer. They never disappoint. My only complaint is the dodgy onboard WiFi, it will disconnect and reconnect each use, with text boxes appearing all of a sudden and hanging around for quite a while while it sorts itself out, which if you’re watching a film is annoying/distracting. There doesn’t appear to be any advice on remedying this either. If I could remove just half a star I would, but as the point of it as a device is to immerse oneself into whatever you’re watching, it’s a big issue for me.

I got this instead of the old TV, this one doesn't have mirroring like the old one 😕, and the casting is awful, I wanted to download app from google store, but only few available 😢 from the first week, the remote control stopped working 🫤 for the price it's not worth it

Habe den TV nun genau 1 Jahr. Anfangs waren wir echt begeistert. Vor ca. 3 Monaten traten die ersten Probleme auf, er wurde einfach erschreckend langsam. Die Dame an der Hotline konnte mir auch nicht wirklich weiterhelfen... "Werksteinstellungen etc..." war die Antwort. Das wusste ich auch schon ... Wir gaben dem TV einfach eine Chance, indem wir uns dran gewöhnten. Nun seit ca. 3 Tagen ist er erstaunlicher Weise noch langsamer geworden. In Einstellungen -> Kanal -> Kanalliste bearbeiten: ca. 3 Minuten Wartezeit bis man zu den Einstellungen kommtn In Einstellungen -> Neustarten -> gedrück, neustart nach ca. 3 Minuten (wenn man was anderes gerade macht) Dies ist der schlechteste TV den wir jemals hatten, und wir hatten in den letzten 10 Jahren bestimmt schon 8-10 Stk.
